My sister Sarah wrote this... it was such a blessing to me that I wanted to share it.  :)

All that I have to give Thee, Lord 
Is mine because of Thee; 
I cannot offer anything 
But what Thou first gave me. 
No power of my own I have, 
No talents, gifts, or fame 
No sacrifice that I could make 
Nothing is mine to claim. 

My strength, my love, my righteousness - 
I cannot call it mine 
And any good that I may do 
Is not my good but Thine. 
Thou gave me life, Thou gave me breath 
Thou gave me love so free, 
But greater far than anything 
Thou gave Thy life for me. 

My life is Thine to have, dear Lord, 
To lead as Thou desire 
Be it through joys and pleasant paths 
Or be it through the fire. 
Lord, I am Thine and Thine alone 
Take Thou my everything, 
What Thou hast giv'n I offer back 
To Thee, my Lord and King. 

Though I should offer all to Thee 
It is already Thine, 
For all I have Thou gavest me, 
And naught I have is mine.
